God has richly blessed GRC over these first 25 years! As we look ahead to the next 25 years and beyond, GRC’s passion is to increasingly give ourselves away. Our Sowing in Grace Vision Campaign aims to accelerate the expansion of our Biblical counseling ministry (Inside-Out); to better reach and welcome those in our surrounding communities by hiring a new Pastor of Outreach and by revitalizing our community spaces (Outside-In); and to cultivate a new pipeline of future pastors, church planters and missionaries (Future-Now).

Pray that the GRC Sowing in Grace Vision Campaign will inspire growth in faith among our members and enhance our impact on the community. Pray that the campaign aligns our church’s heart with God’s plans and purposes for His glory.

Christ-Centered Lives
Pray that the lives of every GRC attendee be wholly defined by the death and resurrection of Christ. Pray for a heart of selflessness and sacrifice, where worldly gains are considered insignificant compared to the eternal life found in Christ.

Pray that each GRC attendee, empowered by our identity in Christ, serves one another with love and humility, bringing light and healing to those in need, and strengthening our community through genuine support and care.

Pray for a genuine, unified community within GRC. Pray that attendees grow closer together, deeply engage with Scripture, and embody the body of Christ through mutual care and discipleship.

Pray for a fervent spirit of evangelism and discipleship within our church. Pray that attendees will be empowered by the Holy Spirit to share the Gospel boldly and passionately.

Pray for hearts fully dependent on Christ, recognizing that without Him, we cannot achieve successful ministry initiatives or grow GRC’s Kingdom mission. Pray for God’s guidance and empowerment to drive our church’s outreach efforts in advancing His Kingdom.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What prompted this Vision Campaign? Why now?
The Session is regularly praying for the Lord’s direction regarding future ministry opportunities. We also seek to lead GRC in being wise stewards of the resources God has already given to us. The Session began seriously discussing a new Vision Campaign in 2023, and we decided this spring to proceed. Our decision is not driven by financial considerations or wider market trends, but by Spiritual discernment of many factors.
Why is this campaign called “Sowing in Grace?” Why not call it a capital campaign?
While our Vision Campaigns include financial goals, the benefit to GRC’s people extends far beyond simple construction or renovation of our facility. We know from our first Vision Campaign in 2014 to expect significant spiritual fruit as a blessing to this effort! Sowing in Grace uses the imagery of Jesus’ parable in Matthew 13 which uses ‘seed’ to represent the message of the Gospel. Our campaign will highlight some ways we seek to continue to reach the lost by proclaiming Christ and investing in the next generation of Christ-followers!
