Counseling Services at Grace Redeemer Church
At Grace Redeemer Church, we believe that the Bible provides clarity in confusion, light in darkness, and hope in despair – all through the restorative and redemptive power of Christ’s love. His grace speaks to our hearts and into our lives as we face struggles and the troubles of life. We encourage individuals, couples, and families to seek help from the pastors and staff counselors.
So that our counselors can expedite their first consultation with you, please take a few minutes to review GRC’s Counseling Policy, and complete the Consent and Intake forms listed at the bottom of this page. Both forms are interactive PDFs and can be filled out online by following these instructions:
- Download Adobe Reader (Free software for viewing and editing PDFs.)
- Open the forms using Adobe Reader.
- Fill in the requested fields.
- Click “Submit” at the end of each form. (A notification email will be sent to the counseling team.)
You may also print and complete the forms and return them (either by mail or in-person to the GRC Office) prior to your first appointment. Once we have your completed forms, we’ll contact you to schedule an appointment. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.
