In Christ, men live out their God-given design as humble leaders, prayerful husbands, valuable employees, and strong fathers. We encourage this growth through Bible studies, discipleship, and by serving together, as well as building solid friendships.

Whether you are a relative newcomer to Grace Redeemer Church—and since 2020, we have been blessed with many of you—or you’ve attended for many years, connection with others in the body of Christ is key to living as Christ commanded. As vital as daily communion in Word and prayer with our heavenly Father is, as sinful beings, we need the help of Godly brothers-in-Christ walking alongside us, keeping us accountable.

The 2020 pandemic caused significant disruptions to our lives, and since then we have each adjusted to the ongoing changes differently. It is even more important for us to gather and share experiences, support each other, and point each other to Christ.

There are several ways to connect here at GRC and grow in your intentional walk with Christ:

  1. Social Events: Throughout the year, we plan social events. While the pandemic has stifled efforts, one mainstay is the Meet & Meat BBQ. Traditionally held in early August, we have moved to September the past two years. Save Saturday, September 10 for a noontime BBQ gathering. Location & details to be confirmed.
  2. Bible Study: Men gather every Thursday evening at 8:00PM (on break in August). There are no prerequisites, just join the Zoom to read and discuss together.
  3. Men’s Groups: There are several men-only groups meeting right now. Depending on the group, you will share life together going through a Bible study or books or discuss that week’s sermon or other topics.
  4. Life Groups: These are discipleship focused groups modeling Christ’s ministry. Led by a trained leader, each group of five men walk together life-on-life reinforcing Jesus’ Words and works while discovering how to live out His command to make disciples of all nations.
